These terms cover the Smak Ads waitlist. They are a short, plain-language draft for the pre-launch period and will be replaced by full terms before the service opens.

Who we are

Smak Ads is run by Pavel Varbanov, an individual based in Bulgaria. You can contact me at pavel@smakads.com.

The waitlist

Joining the list means you want to hear from us when Smak Ads is ready. It doesn’t create an account, a contract for the service, or any right to access, earnings or payouts.

What we do with your email

We use your email, and whether you joined as a creator or a brand, to email you once when Smak Ads launches. Details are in our Privacy Policy. To have your details removed, contact us and we’ll delete them.

No promises about launch

We’re building Smak Ads and can’t promise a launch date, which features it will have, or which regions it will be available in. Descriptions on this site show what we’re aiming for and may change.

Using the site

Please give a real email address that belongs to you. Don’t submit other people’s details, and don’t try to disrupt or overload the site.

Liability

The site and waitlist are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
